Yes. Extended sitting during long flights or desk shifts allows fluid to pool in the lower legs. Everyday graduated compression is designed to feel supportive on long flights and desk days, so you feel comfortable from morning to evening.

We recommend wearing compression socks while upright, moving, or sitting. When lying flat, gravity no longer pulls fluid down to your feet, so compression wear is generally not needed during sleep unless advised by a medical professional.

• For knee-high styles (Classic and Essential), measure the widest part of your calf and the narrowest part of your ankle.
• For our Comfort Crew style, select according to your standard foot size.

Yes. To preserve natural bamboo softness and elastic support:

• Machine wash in cold water (under 30°C) with similar colors.
• Use standard mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners, bleach, or harsh stain removers.
• Air dry in the shade. Never tumble dry or iron.

As soon as your package leaves our fulfilment network, we send a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can monitor your delivery live at any time on our Track Order page.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a size exchange, or a return for an unworn pair. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds for worn or washed socks; faulty items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law, which is never reduced.

Yes. We cover standard shipping to send your replacement size for one (1) size exchange per order, Australia and worldwide. The original pair must be unworn and unwashed. Email support@bamboovelife.com with your order number and calf and ankle measurements.
