Individuals with circulatory conditions, diabetes, arterial disease, neuropathy, active skin infections, or pregnant individuals should consult a qualified healthcare professional prior to using compression products.

3. ACCURACY OF PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PRICING
We make every effort to display product specifications, compression levels, fabric compositions, and colors as accurately as possible. However, actual visual presentation may vary slightly depending on display device settings.
Prices for our products are displayed in designated currencies and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors. In the event an item is ordered at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund prior to dispatch.

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATIONS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Order acceptance occurs upon transmission of an official dispatch or order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order placed with us at our sole discretion, including instances involving product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or unauthorized reseller transactions.

5. PAYMENT AND CURRENCY
We accept designated payment methods presented at checkout. Transactions are processed securely via encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment processing service providers. Bamboove does not store raw credit or debit card payment credentials.

6. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS AND BUNDLE SAVINGS
Automatic volume bundle discounts apply in the shopping cart based on specified item criteria. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional discount codes cannot be stacked or combined with automated volume tier savings. We reserve the right to modify or terminate promotional campaigns at any time without prior liability.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content included on this site, including text, graphics, logos, brand names, product photographs, digital downloads, and software code, is the exclusive property of Bamboove or used under authorized license, protected under national and international copyright and trademark laws.
