Size Guide

Compression socks are sized by your calf and ankle, not your shoe size. Measure in the morning, before your legs have had all day to swell.

How to measure

  1. Wrap a soft tape around the widest part of your calf, standing relaxed. Keep the tape snug but not tight.
  2. Measure the narrowest part of your ankle, just above the ankle bone.
  3. Use your standard foot size for crew styles. Write both numbers down in centimetres. If you are between two sizes, choose the size that fits your calf.

Choose your size

Three styles, three fits. Choose by calf measurement for knee-high, and by shoe size for crew.

  • Classic Knee-High — 15-20 mmHg, 45% bamboo. Extra room and stretch around the calf.
  • Essential Knee-High — 15-20 mmHg, 36% bamboo and nylon. A snug, structured fit.
  • Comfort Crew — 8-15 mmHg, one size. Sits below the calf, chosen by shoe size.

How to measure: Stand or sit with your leg straight. Measure your calf at its widest point (about mid-calf). Choose the larger size if you are between two sizes.

How compression should feel

Step into your socks in the morning and smooth out any wrinkles. You should feel firm, even pressure around the ankle that eases gradually up the leg: supportive, never painful and never numb.

  • Put them on before your legs swell, usually first thing in the morning.
  • If one size feels too tight at the top of the calf, size up.
